2. Organizing Committee
Organizer:
Lithuanian Steam Baths SPA Federation.
An Organizing Committee is selected to hold the Championship. The Organizing Committee includes representatives of the steam baths industry, steam baths organizations, bath clubs, steam bath specialists, and judges.
The Organizing Committee assists and advises the Lithuanian Steam Baths SPA Federation.
The Lithuanian Steam Baths SPA Federation selects the time of the event, forms the panel of judges (PJ), and appoints the chief judge. Appoints the working group (WG), prepares the necessary documentation, and resolves organizational and support issues. To be approved by the President of the Lithuanian Steam Baths SPA Federation.

3. Financing
The Championship budget is formed from the personal funds of the Organizing Committee participants, partner contributions, registration fees of participants, and sponsors.
The expenses associated with the organization and holding of the Championship are incurred by the Organizing Committee of the Championship.
The members of the panel of judges work at the Championship without pay, understanding the social significance of the event.
Participants who have applied and paid the registration fee, but refuse to participate in the Championship, will not receive a refund of the registration fee.
The Organizing Committee of the Championship entrusts the financial management to the Lithuanian Steam Baths SPA Federation.
4.Rights of the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to:
1. Reject any application without explanation.
2. Disqualify from participation any person whose actions do not comply with the requirements specified in these Regulations.
3. Any advertising is placed only with the permission of the Organizing Committee
5. Working Group (WG)
1. To ensure the work of the Championship, the organizing committee appoints a WG, which reports to the Chief Judge.
2. The WG includes:
– Chairman – manages the working group and coordinates its actions
– Secretary – maintains the championship documentation and monitors compliance with the regulations
– Assistant Secretary – ensures order and compliance with regulations
– Technical staff – provides all necessary technical assistance.
6. Secretary
The secretary is responsible for the material and informational support of the competition, is responsible for the reliability of the information, helps to prepare the final report, organizes the work of the secretariat, is responsible for preparing the list of participants, judges’ protocols, the correctness of the scoring and for all related official communications and publications. The Secretary reports directly to the Chief Judge of the Championship
The Secretary is obliged to:
1. ensure the availability of questionnaires and video materials from participants;
2. ensure the availability of the necessary information on the Championship website concerning organizational issues and rules for participation in the Championship;
3. be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information communicated to all participants and guests of the competition;
4. ensure that all participants have filled out and sent the Application Forms, links to video presentations, paid the registration fee, and placed a photo in the championship frame;
5. in accordance with their work plan, be informed when resolving all administrative issues and meetings of the Judging Panel;
6. answer questions from participants and guests and provide the necessary explanations independently or after consultation with the jury;
7. at the end of the competition, report to the Panel of Judges on the results of their work;
8. before the start of the work of the Panel of Judges, report to the Chief Judge on the readiness of the participants for the competition;
9. promptly provide members of the SC with protocols and other necessary documents;
10. enter into the protocol data that a particular participant has exceeded the time allotted for completing the competition task;
11. keep score and enter the results into the summary and final protocols;
12. ensure the safety of all judging documentation;
13. be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to them and the confidentiality of the SC’s work.
7. Panel of Judges
The Panel of Judges is formed from specialists with generally recognized steam bath experience, the Championship administration, participants of previous Championships (both international and regional) who wish to participate in the work of the panel of judges.
In its work, the Panel of Judges is guided by the Regulations on the Championship.
The requirements of the panel of judges are mandatory for all Participants. The panel of judges announces its requirements through the Chief Judge.
Upon completion of the event, each judge must provide the Chief Judge with a report on their work in writing or in the form of an audio/video recording.
If the Judge believes that he has made a mistake, he is obliged to inform the Panel of Judges in writing, which will make the final decision.
Judges participating in the judging are issued certificates of participation in the judging for subsequent crediting for the judging titles.

8. Participants of the Championship
Professionals.
Any steam baths specialist of any gender, who has reached the age of 18, who has mastered the techniques, methods and technologies of steaming with a whisk in a Steam Bath, Sauna, who knows the principles of health improvement, the correct acceptance of bath procedures and safety in the bath, who has filled out a questionnaire, signed the agreement, paid the organizational fee, and passed the registration can become a participant of the Championship and also should be regularly applying their skills and abilities in the Steam Bath, actively improving their professional level, participating/ being part of Steam Bath Schools, SPA schools, bath communities and associations, having experience in competitive practice within the framework of intra-school, city, regional, regional or international events.
The participant must have all the bath accessories necessary for demonstrating steam bath technics & skills. Each participant provides appropriate wear and accessories for their performance independently, depending on the program. The participants of the Championship (steam bath specialists and models) must wear clothes appropriate to their performance during their performances.
Participants are required to comply with the Regulations and Rules of the Championship.
The final list of participants is approved by the Chief Judge of the nomination after reviewing candidates’ applications
9. Models
Anyone can become a “model” for the participants to demonstrate their steam baths skills. The participants find models individually.
10. Requirements for the procedures performed
Treatments must be safe for the client. Each participant must have everything necessary to perform their performance (whisks, towels, slippers, hat, roller, etc.).
The participant can use any means, in any quantities, that do not harm the client and the environment.
11. Participant’s Demonstration/ Performance
Each participant:
Preparing the steam room: 10 minutes
Presenting the program orally for up to 5 minutes
Steaming: 15 minutes
Cleaning the steam room: 3 minutes
Introductory speech – greeting, brief information about yourself (full name, country, place of work, what masters-mentors you studied with, why you decided to participate in the Championship), presentation of your “model”, voicing the goals and objectives of the treatment being carried out, the tools and accessories used – no more than 5 minutes.
12. Results
The results are determined by the number of points that the participants scored during the performance. The winner must get as many points as possible and meet the time limit set for their completion.
13. Awards
Participants and winners of the Championship are awarded diplomas and prizes approved by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee also establishes memorable prizes and special nominations.
The presentation of prizes and certificates will take place after all performances.
14. Protests
Right to protest. Only Championship participants have the right to protest.
Submitting a protest. Each protest must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Chief Judge of the event. The protest must be submitted no later than 15 minutes after the performance.
Hearing. The Chief Judge of the Championship will review the protest and issue his/her verdict within 5 minutes. The verdict is final and cannot be appealed.
Inadmissible protests. Protests against the Judges’ decisions concerning the awarding of marks and determining the final results are not allowed. These decisions are final.
Unreasonable protest. If the Panel of Judges proves that the author of the protest acted incorrectly or the protest is deemed unfounded, the Panel of Judges has the right to disqualify the initiator of the protest.
15. Disqualification
Violations that lead to disqualification of certain persons are considered to be:
1) any attempt, direct or indirect, to bribe officials and collusion. Both the persons who offered the bribe and those who agreed to accept it, as well as the participants in the collusion, are considered guilty of this;
2) insulting members of the SC and the Organizers;
3) gross violations by the participant of safety rules for working with equipment that could cause harm to the client’s health or damage the integrity of the skin;
4) indecent behavior or actions that harm the interests of the competition organizers.
The registration fee will not be returned to the disqualified participant.
Disqualification Decision. A decision to disqualify a participant may be taken collectively by the members of the SC. The reason must be stated in a document that is submitted to the Chief Judge on behalf of the Judicial Panel and is not subject to disclosure. The final decision is made by the Chief Judge.
In case of disqualification of a participant, the „D” sign is entered into the protocol – according to the relevant criteria. The secretary submits a report to the Chief Judge, and the participant is eliminated from the competition.
The decision to disqualify a member of the SC is made and approved by the Chief Judge.
16. Cancellation of Awards
Any participant who is excluded or disqualified during the competition will lose the right to receive any awards provided for in the competition.
